#012 Umeshu

Everyone’s heard of sake, right? “Japanese Rice Wine” aka ‘shochu’ aka ‘nihonshu’.

Well imagine that… but tasting really sweet and delicious… and like plums. And you get Umeshu:

It is delicious, strong alcohol and abundant in Japan.

You can even make your own by sticking plums in sake with sugar and waiting six months.
