Gyoza

Dumplings full of meat, usually chicken or pork.

Originally a Chinese food – Japan has adopted it – and rightfully so; it’s delicious!

photo (2)Often served fried (but usually a little less burnt than above) is dipped in sauce and eaten while drinking an ice cold beer.

Another option is boiled and served in soup. This makes them soft, juicy and amazing!

Most importantly… gyoza are cheap!
