#177 Oshibori

Oshibori are wet hand towels or napkins given to your at restaurants before you eat.

Especially nice when they’re heated in winter to warm you up and refresh you.

The word ‘o-shibori’ comes from the verb ‘絞る/shiboru’ which means ‘to wring’.

They’re refreshing and make you feel cleansed, especially after hanging out in the city… who knows what you’ve been touching!
