#233 Nabemono

Nabemono, or just nabe for short, is a popular winter dish.

Nabe means ‘pot’ and mono is ‘things’

and it is just that – stuff you put in a pot to cook:

It’s super healthy – full of fresh vegetables and meat with the broth.

You can put anything you like in it!

It’s the ultimate winter warmer because it’s often cooked on the tabletop in front of you.
