#245 Rice Burger

How can you possibly make burgers more carb-y?


Mos Burger introduced these burgers in 1987.

The rice buns are made from sticky rice and then fried on either side to keep them together.

The fillings range from traditional beef burgers to more oriental flavored fish and veggieswhich sort of isn’t even a burger anymore.

  1. My mummy has made something similar in the past, but they don’t look quite as tasty. Usually we just chuck whatever leftovers we have in the middle, yum yum yum.
