It’s exterior is old-brick style and is an iconic landmark.
Recent renovations were completed in 2007.
Tokyo station has the most connections to train lines of any train station in Japan.
It can be quite a walk from one line to another.
It is located in the Marunouchi business district of Tokyo and is close to the Imperial palace.
You’ll almost definitely go through Tokyo station if you come to visit Tokyo – so take some time to enjoy the shops inside and the pretty views outside of the station too!
