Everyone knows ramen – right?
I don’t know if you noticed, but I’ve written a few things about it before…
Ramen’s less well-known, and slightly strange, cousin is equally as delicious.
The main difference is that the noodles and sauce are separate.
You can have tsukemen with regular ramen noodles or the thicker udon noodles.
Sometimes the toppings are served with the noodles, other times they’re in the sauce.
Either way, you pick up some noodles with your chopsticks, dip them in the sauce and then enjoy!
